OTTAWA -- Strike another one off the list of eligible cabinet ministers.

Heritage Minister James Moore married his long-time girlfriend over the holidays.

Moore married Courtney Payne, a staffer in Prime Minister Stephen Harper's office, in a quiet ceremony in Ottawa on December 29.

Defence Minister Peter MacKay also announced Wednesday, on his website, that he'd tied the knot with Nazanin Afshin-Jam.
