Man charged in shooting that left 2 dead, 21 injured in Toronto

Nahom Tsegazab, 19, of Toronto, has been charged with reckless discharge of a firearm after a shooting at a community barbecue on Monday.

Tsegazab was injured in the shooting. He remains in custody.

Homicide detectives continue to investigate after two people were killed in the shooting, 23 were injured from gunshots and one person was trampled.
