Human remains found floating in suitcase in Lake Ontario

Boaters spotted the suitcase around 11:21 a.m. Wednesday and called police. The suitcase was discovered near Bluffer's Park, which is located in the east-end of the city.

Police examined the contents and it was determined they were human remains. A post-mortem examination has yet to be scheduled.

There is a press conference scheduled for 5:15 p.m.

There was no indication if this is related to dismemberment murder of Guang Hua Liu.
