CALGARY -- The Hart mansion -- a piece of wrestling history and soon to be Calgary's newest heritage site -- is up for rent.

You can have it, if you can spare $10,000 every month for at least a year.

Rental website rentfaster.ca has the newly renovated, fully furnished, 107-year-old, more than 5,000 sq.-ft. Patterson Heights home and the two-acre property it sits upon listed now, touting its six bedrooms with luxury ensuites, fitness area and courtyard, and a "state-of-the-art sound system and security system."

In early December, the city and the Hart mansion's current owner, Dario Berloni, signed an agreement that will see it declared a heritage site.

Stu Hart bought the home in 1951, and it was made world-famous for his and wife Helen Hart's family's accomplishments in professional wrestling.
