VANCOUVER -- Abbotsford, BC police interrupted a suspected $1.5 million cocaine drop on Saturday when officers arrested a "fidgety" man in a parking lot with two padlocked duffle bags.

Police found 60 bricks of the white powder inside the bags, making it the largest cocaine bust in department history.

Const. Ian MacDonald said the man was likely waiting for someone to pick up the drugs.

A 24-year-old was arrested on the scene and police believe he is linked to gangs.
