Talk about raising a stink.

Police in North Battleford, Sask., say a drunk suspect protested his arrest Friday night by pooping himself in the back of a cop cruiser.

The Mounties say they received a call around 7:30 p.m. about a man causing a disturbance at a home.

They found a "very intoxicated" man outside the house and took him into custody.

While the 23-year-old was being driven to jail, he caused unspecified damage to the police car and "purposefully defecated in his pants to protest his arrest," Sgt. Neil Tremblay said.

He faces a charge of mischief.
