With some predicting a spring election, the Ontario PCs are wasting no time and are taking direct aim at Ontario Premier-designate Kathleen Wynne.

In a web ad released Monday, the Tim Hudak-led PCs tie the soon-to-be Liberal premier to her scandal plagued predecessor Dalton McGuinty, with whom she shared a cabinet table for ten years.

The ad strikes a stark tone, connecting Wynne to Ontario's spending, debt and unemployment woes by quoting her vowing to "[b]uild on the legacy of Dalton."

Since Kathleen Wynne was elected Ontario Liberal leader on January 26, the Ontario Tories have released a string of radio and web ads.
