Prince Harry is on his way to the U.S. for helicopter training.

Harry will make a stop in El Centro, Calif., before the training in Gila Bend, Ariz., begins this week.

He will be in the U.S. for eight weeks for Apache helicopter training.

Residents in the small town will likely be keeping an eye out for the 27-year-old, but town manager Rick Buss told the website AZFamily.com he isn't expecting to spot the royal.

"We're told he's going to be on base and probably relegated to the base and be treated like every other soldier," Buss said.

The Telegraph in the U.K. reported Harry will be taking part in live firing exercises during his training. The captain is expected to return to Afghanistan next year.
