US hands over Khadr material; Toews to decide on terrorist's return

American authorities have finally given the Canadian government the videos and documents it wanted related to convicted terrorist Omar Khadr.

Public Safety Minister Vic Toews said he required the materials to make his decision on Khadr's application transfer to Canada.

It is still unknown if Canadians will have the ability to review this material and have a voice in the debate on whether to allow him back in the country.
