SHOCKING VIDEO - Baby survives flying from SUV in Russian crash

QMI AGENCY

A one-year-old girl survived being thrown out of an SUV on a Russian road into the path of an oncoming tractor-trailer.

Video of the crash shows an SUV attempting to pass before the driver loses control, sending the SUV swerving into the path of an oncoming big rig. The truck smashes the rear of the SUV, and a small body flies out of the back and onto the road, into the path of two oncoming trucks.

Both trucks manage to slow down and drive around the infant. A man then runs out from the SUV and picks up the baby, before a woman gets out of the backseat to retrieve some blankets that fell to the road.

The Telegraph reports that police told Russian state television that the girl was lying on a blanket in the back of the car. She suffered a concussion, bruises and an injured lip but none of her injuries appear to be serious, the Telegraph reports.
