Noah Kilpatrick, 15, told a local Fox TV affiliate that his teachers and principal at Faith Fellowship Christian School in Watertown, NY, cracked jokes about his Canadian heritage.
"He would make fun of the way I dressed and he'd say, 'Oh, you're wearing Canadian colours,' and I'd be like, 'Yeah, I am. Thanks, Mr. Curinga,'" the boy told Fox TV of Principal Theodore Curinga. "He'd say, 'That wasn't a compliment.'"
His mother alleged staff refused to meet with her.
"No one wanting to sit down and discuss the things that were said and done and how a child was feeling," Tina Kilpatrick told the TV station.
The school would not comment on the Ottawa-born teenager's allegations.
